1. Booking & Payment
- Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
- All payments are non-refundable, but the amount can be credited to your name for future use.
- A booking confirmation will be sent via email or text message after payment is received.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in advance to reschedule your session.
- No-shows without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the payment.
- We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the course if necessary, and a new date will be coordinated with you.
3. Attendance Policy
- All courses are private, and no companions are allowed during the session.
- You must arrive on time; any delay will be deducted from your session time.
- If you are more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, your booking will be canceled with no refund.
4. Privacy & Usage Policy
- Recording or filming the session is strictly prohibited without prior permission.
- All training materials and information provided during the course are for personal use only and may not be resold or shared.
- We reserve the right to publish images or short clips from the courses for marketing purposes while maintaining the trainee’s privacy.
5. Liability
- We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or side effects resulting from the use of products during the course.
- The trainee must inform the instructor in advance of any skin allergies or health issues related to makeup.
6. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and you will be notified of any significant changes through the website or email.
